Since 1997 the Foundation has awarded over $100,000 in grants to students from twenty-five different countries. Scholarships are available to full-time students from FIABCI Academic Member Universities or Student Members with demonstrated interest in international real estate. The Trustees are especially interested in supporting students with the vision to help meet the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, is a business networking organization for all real estate professionals worldwide.

The Foundation’s Board of Trustees representing each FIABCI Region reviews the applications and determines the award recipients. Grants are awarded twice each year with application deadlines March 30 and September 30. Trustees are also charged with raising funds to support future grants and Encourage online Donations.

REQUIREMENTS

The Foundation seeks to provide grants to students who demonstrate an outstanding interest in international real estate, who are highly recommended by their professors or peers and are committed to work toward bringing the UN Sustainable Development Goals to real estate and urban development. Funds have also been granted to FIABCI Member Universities to further their international real estate education programs. The Foundation seeks qualified applicants from all FIABCI regions. Applications deadlines are March 30 & September 30 each year. In addition to completing the online form, applicants must upload a CV, a current Letter of Recommendation and a digital photo.
